Using the service

These terms apply to the website at klipzo.si, the free local editor and the account-based preview workspace. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. You must be permitted to use the service under the laws that apply to you.

Current features and availability

The public local editor trims and combines video footage you provide, burns in caption text that you enter and exports WebM video in a compatible browser. Current project, format and output limits are shown on the automatic editing page and in the editor. Browser and media compatibility affect whether a project can be imported or exported.

Brief-led AI creation is in private preview. Public AI generation and paid generation plans have not launched. Preview features can be incomplete or change before public availability. A description of the product direction is not a guarantee that a particular model, generated output, resolution, completion time or future feature is available.

Your account

If you create an account, provide accurate information and keep access credentials private. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Report suspected unauthorized access through workspace support. We may restrict access to protect the service or investigate misuse.

Local editing does not require an account. Save files you want to keep before closing the session. The local editor does not promise durable storage or recovery of an unfinished project.

Your media and content

You keep any rights you already hold in footage, text and other material you provide. You are responsible for having permission to use that material, including music, trademarks and people's likenesses. You are also responsible for the accuracy of claims and captions in the videos you create.

For material submitted to an online workflow, you authorize the processing needed to provide the feature you request, including storage and transmission to a configured provider when applicable. Provider terms may separately govern generated output. The service does not grant rights to third-party material or guarantee that every output is suitable for commercial use.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malicious files or seek unauthorized access to accounts or systems. Do not submit material that impersonates someone deceptively, exploits people or includes personal information you are not entitled to process. Do not interfere with the service or try to bypass access, usage or billing controls.

You review your video before publication. The service does not independently confirm media rights, substantiate advertising claims, approve a video for an advertising platform or promise campaign performance. Publishing and advertising decisions remain your responsibility.

Pricing and payments

The public local editor is currently free. Its per-project limits still apply. There is no paid generation plan offered in this release, and no AI generation credit allowance is promised. See pricing and availability for the current status.

If paid features are introduced, the applicable price, billing interval, usage allowance and cancellation or refund terms will be presented before a purchase. These terms do not authorize an automatic charge for an unannounced future plan.

Privacy and service operation

The Privacy Policy explains the difference between local file processing and online account or workflow data, along with configured analytics. The website may use service providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, storage or AI processing. Features and availability may change as the service develops.

We can suspend or limit access when needed to address misuse, security issues or a violation of these terms. We may discontinue a preview feature. Where practical, material changes will be reflected in the service or these published terms.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of important media and review exports before relying on them.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including loss of an unfinished local project or the results of an advertising campaign. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The date at the top identifies the latest revision of these terms. A question about your account, a preview feature or a request you submitted can be sent through workspace support. Read the current terms before using a newly introduced paid or online processing feature.
